Gaëlle started her journey as a transformation and DevOps project manager in product development and end-to-end process manager for telephony solution deployment within Orange Business in 2011. She was a cross-functional project manager in charge of improving operational performance and offering quality, customer, and operational satisfaction in France and internationally.
Later, she created and managed the center of expertise for business transformation (30 people), promoting continuous improvement, performance, and team spirit (scope of 8500 people worldwide). She was promoted to Director of Agile Transformation and New Ways Of Working for Orange Group. Her scope is on-demand support for managers, program directors, and project leaders in transforming their working methods, empowerment, delegation, decision-making, role clarity, and implementation of continuous improvement (a scope of 20,000 managers worldwide).
